E-commerce has been one of the most prevalent concept in this digital era. Although e-commerce<br/>was once looked upon simply as an expressway to wealth, it has actually transformed the way<br/>people conduct businesses. Hence, the focus of this study is to develop an e-commerce website<br/>and compare it with existing e-commerce websites popularly used in Nigeria<br/>An e-commerce website was developed using Windows as the Operating System, Apache as the<br/>network server, and MySQL for data storage purpose and PHP as the scripting language. ,<br/>Comparison was done between the existing e-commerce in Nigeria. The research will add<br/>significant value to the level at which users can comfortably search and make orders for their goods<br/>online. |
