Summary, etc ABSTRACT <br/>Learning abilities vary among individuals, yet schools teach them in one classroom. Managing learning abilities could be difficult. This Online Academic E-Learning System integrates, learning techniques which addresses this problem. The goal of this work is to create an adaptive e-Learning Software that allows the learner to answer questions or solve problems based on his or her ability. The need to address deep concern and awareness about how learners learn best motivates this work. This study creates an adaptive e-learning platform that allows the learner to learn and answer questions or solve problems at his or her own pace. It also includes an online classroom to supplement the traditional classroom. The waterfall model will be used by the software. With AJAX and JAVASCRIPT web development tools, VB.NET, an Object-Oriented Programming Language, will be used. This study also suggests new strategies and technologies to improve the safety, quality, and overall standard of learning among students in educational institutions. <br/>
