Summary, etc ABSTRACT<br/>Health, Safety and Environment of workers are crucial in production process and that is why <br/>employees must handle with issues of health, safety and wellbeing of workers with utmost <br/>seriousness for high productivity to be achieved in the workplace. Previous studies had not <br/>adequately addressed the issue of industrial productivity within the contexts of health, safety <br/>and environment. It is on this basis the study examined Occupational Safety, Health and <br/>Environment on Industrial Productivity in PZ Cussons Nigeria PLC. <br/>The research employed the accidental causation theory divided into Heinrich’s Domino <br/>theory, Farell’s Theory. The total number of respondents was three hundred and ninety <br/>respondents which included 46.2% male and 53.8% female. The sample size determination <br/>formula used was the Taro Yamane formula. The sample size was 400. Multi stage sampling <br/>technique was adopted with questionnaire as the data collection instrument. Percentages and <br/>frequencies were used through SPSS. For analysis of data, Hypothesis 1 showed that, there is <br/>no significant relationship between employees’ safety at work and job efficiency. Hypothesis <br/>2 showed that there was no significant relationship between workplace medical facilities and <br/>employees’ output. Hypothesis 3 showed that there was no significant association between <br/>the environmental working conditions and employees job performance in the organization. <br/>Hypothesis 4 revealed that there was a significant relationship between effectiveness of safety <br/>in environmental agencies and compliance with safety regulations in the organization, the <br/>more effective environmental agencies are, the more the compliance with safety regulations <br/>in the organization. <br/>From the forgoing, it was recommended that both state and federal agencies responsible for <br/>workplace safety, health and environmental issues such as NAFDAC, FERMA, LASEMA <br/>etc. should be up and doing. Effective regular inspection of workplace health, environment <br/>and safety issued must take place. This will put management of the work organizations on <br/>their toes on how to ensure compliance with regulations on health, safety and environment <br/>also, the management of PZ Cussons PLC must be ready to commit adequate resources to <br/>health, safety and environmental matters. Once enough money is set aside with positive <br/>attitude, the organization would soar higher in terms of profit making and market expansion.<br/>Key words: Industrial productivity, Occupational safety, Occupational health and <br/>Environment
