Summary, etc The present study sought to explore the ef ect of green entrepreneurship and students’ intentionsin Ogun state tertiary institution. It was conducted in tertiary institution in Ogun state Nigeria. The study adopted descriptive survey esign. The population of study was the total of 1700students and the sample size of 102 students were selected using simple random sampling techniques. The data obtained was analysed using descriptive and statistical package (SPSS 26). The study result found that there is significant ef ect of green entrepreneurship on students’ entrepreneurial intentions in tertiary institution, in Ogun state, Nigeria. The hypothesis one, the<br/>regression results shows that level of significance of P value is also less than 0.05 (.000). The hypothesis two, the regression shows that level of significance of P value is also less than 0.05 (.000). The hypothesis three, the regression results shows that level of significance of P value is also less than 0.05 (.000). The study concluded that the study most likely showed that there is a<br/>high degree of knowledge and enthusiasm about green entrepreneurship among students in Ogun State, Nigeria.
