Several work have been done on the study of the Life and Ministry of Timothy due to several reasons, such as, its importance to the Christian community across the world and also the lessons to be learnt from the way of Life and Ministry under Apostle Paul. Thus, this research was carried out to examine the Life and Ministry of Timothy in relation to the Youths Ministry in Mountain of Fire and Miracles (MFM). The objectively were to compare and contrast the Life and Ministry of Timothy with that of the Youths in MFM. Methodologically, the study was Historical and Empirical in nature. The work is an archive-oriented research which means data and resources were drawn from books, articles, magazines and important websites.
The findings of this research shows that not all pastors were or are educated in spiritual things during their childhood and not all pastors set out to become Ministers of God from their youthful age. The research also shows that plenty of the pastors leading congregations nowadays joined the pastoral work for a lot of different reasons. Some are there because of the title or the money and some because they have no other choice but to do it. SO as a result of their unspiritual foundation, they mislead the congregation ignorantly and teach the, wrongly about the things of God. To this end, this study recommends that the Youths generally, especially in MFM should work for God in the days when they still have the strength by changing their way of Life and following the templates set by Timothy in carrying out the works and Activities of God in truth and in spirit.
