The survey research method was adoptedfor the study. Primary data were collected from selected staf of the bank usingquestionnaire and Secondary data were collected from published works. Datawerepresented in tables as frequency distribution and analysed with percentage andfrequency. Most of the major findings of the study were as follows; It shows that there is significant relationship between employee-employer conflicts andharm to the survival of the First Bank Plc. The relationship between the two variablesismoderate and significant. It implies that employee-employer conflicts are not amajorcause of harm to the survival of the First Bank Plc. It shows that conflicts by employees often result into lack of communicationandef ective collaboration needed for the success of an organization. It was further assertedthat this incidence results into ill-functioning of an organization in a long run. Test of hypotheses were conducted through multiple regression and correlation. The findingsof the study revealed a moderate positive correlation between employee-employerconflicts and harm to the survival of the First Bank Plc with correlation coef icient (r=0.534), and also indicated that there is a moderate positive correlation betweenorganizational conflict and organizational goals/objectives with correlation coef icient (r = 0.690), Finally the study showed a strong positive correlation betweenemployer-employee conflict resolution and organizational performance with correlationcoef icient (r =0.824).
