This research was to determine the effect of sales promotion on business organizational performance in 7UP COMPANY NIGIERA LTD, ijora, Lagos. The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of sales promotion on business organizational performance to verify how the use of price discount has enhanced organizational performance. To examine how advertising affects organizational performance. To ascertain the effect of sampling on the sales of organizational performance. It used questionnaires and open-ended interviews guide in support of the primary data. Both quantitative and qualitative research method were used and descriptive research design was employed as a sample size of 285 customers of 7up Company. The sample size selected for the study was 285 customers of 7up products, workers and management of 7UP COMPANY. . In this study, it was discovered that organizational performance is measured and evaluated within 7up company and motivation of employees and engagement affects
organizational performance of 7up company, it was also revealed by the respondents that price discount to customers frequently boosts the performance of the organization coupled with the fact that customer behavior change during price discount period and have impact on the sales volume of the organization even though respondents disagreed that sales promotion have impact
on consumer behavior and purchasing decisions of 7up company and that leadership positively influences the organizational performance of 7up company. Overall, the study provide a valuable foundation for refining strategies, fostering a motivated workforce, and comprehending the intricate interplay of factors that shape 7up company's organizational performance.
