These infections may also lead to production loss due to weight loss, miscarriages and low milk production. In this study, 131 cattle of different breeds including sokoto gudali, white fulani x and y which were being slaughtered at kara-isheri, Ogun state, were tested for the prevalence of salmonella, Fasciola and Taenia.
