N2  - Performance of students in tertiary institutions has been on the decline.Stakeholders in the sector are brainstorming on slipway to remedy this situation. The present study sought to explore school culture and its influence on the student’s performance in faith based tertiary institution.It was conducted in faith based Tertiary institution in ogun state Nigeria.In this regard, the following objectives guided the study To determine the effect of the organizational culture of faith based tertiary institution on student’s academic performance, To ascertain the effect of organizational culture of faith based tertiary institutions on student’s spirituality improvement, To examine the effect of organizational culture of faith based tertiary institutions on students’ moral standard .The study adopted descriptive survey design and was guided by Schein (1996) and Denison’s theories on school organizational culture. A total of 105 respondents were involved in the study. In regard to data collection, questionnaire was employed in data collection. Prior to the actual data collection procedure,a pilot study was conducted in Mountain Top University to pre-test the research instrument.The split-half technique and Spear man rank order correlation coefficient
technique was used to establish reliability.Quantitative data organization was done using Statistical Package for Social Sciences(SPSS)computer program and was analysed using descriptive statistics and the results presented in form of graphs, pie charts, frequency distribution tables and explanatory statements
