Every organization that considers growth to be a vital component of its everyday operations, must accept performance assessment as a critical and fundamental component of their business model. The study aids in elaborating on the activities of performance evaluation within the organization, including the procedures, the restrictions, the improvements, and the ways in which it satisfies the workers while also satisfying the business. The research design for the study was survey-based. Degeconek Nigeria Limited has 200 employees for the population size. A Stratified Random Sampling technique was used to choose 200 respondents from the company. Questionnaires were used as the data gathering tool. The sample size, 133.3, was calculated using the Yaro-Yammane formula.The response rate of the questionnaire in Degeconek Nigeria Limited was 97.5% respectively.The findings revealed that there was significant relationship between cross cultural settings and organizational growth. There is significant correlation between performance appraisal review and conflict among workers but it is not the major determinant for conflict. There is significant correlation between performance appraisal and corruption within the organization.The study concludes that social cultural setting of performance appraisal can be adopted by every organization because cross-cultural settings influence’s organizational growth ER -
