In Nigeria, cooperative societies have become the means of survival both in public and private sectors, the market place, community and friends organize themselves into various thrift and privacy savings. Of course, immense befits accrue to a participant such as a loan, dividend, commodity purchase at low cost and pace method of payment with stress. This report noted that many of the activities involved to run the thrift society are done manually, it has led to the closure of many of such society. This project report surveyed the cooperative arm of the university in an attempt to build a generic cooperator system that is run through the Internet. The methodology adopted is a consultation to the said branch to elicit information and the Internet to absorb the regulations surrounding cooperative and thrift society management in Nigeria. The attempt is to design a web site and implement it using a programming language. The output conceived to be a web site that caters for registration, loan management and inquiry analysis for prompt request analysis, also the web page can help reduce much task due to processing of members request based on material collections and others, also members would also be able to keep track of their records, savings and other dividends. Therefore, concluding the task in this project , all objectives were able to be accomplished and perfectly tested, which would help with the improvement of the cooperative society in Mountain Top university.
