Debate on financial inclusion revealed that highest population in some areas in Nigeria is financially excluded. Previous studies on financial inclusion in Nigeria focused on various determinants excluding the impact of ICT while other studies focused on its consequences on the economy. The general objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between information communication technology and financial inclusion in Nigeria. The study adopted ex post facto research design. The findings revealed that ATM usage has a significant effect on financial inclusion in Nigeria with a significance hence this study concludes that ATM usage has a significant relationship with financial inclusion in Nigeria. The study recommended that Banks and other financial institutions should reduce the high charges on some electronic banking channels in other to encourage regular use by stakeholders.
