This research will be focused on only the attitudes of commercial drivers towards overloading, over-speeding, and night travel, as well as the quality of the road experience during and after the campaign. It also seeks to assess the accident involvement level among the Jabi Park commercial drivers in Abuja before and after the campaign. In line with the objectives of this research, the instrument of data collection was a structured questionnaire, which was distributed to a sample size of 342 out of the 2378 Jabi Motor Park commercial drivers in Abuja. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) officials who are in charge of information dissemination, public relations, and media relations. The results from the data analysis showed the FRSC 2021 Ember Month Campaign impacted commercial drivers in Abuja both during and after the campaign. This project therefore recommended that since the FRSC 2021 Ember Months campaign was impactful on the commercial drivers in Abuja, the campaigns should not only be encouraged across all states, including Abuja but in all local governments in order to ensure that accidents and road crashes are reduced to the barest minimum. Also, laws that ban night travels should be imposed in order to keep the lives of people safe. Until government provides adequate illuminations and good roads.
