The number of academic institutes has been steadily expanding in latest days. As a corollary, the number of dormitories offered to students enrolling at this university is expanding. As a result, the person in charge of the dormitory is put under great deal of strain, and computers are not frequently used in this scenario. This project focuses on the problems connected with facilities provided while avoiding the issues that arise when manual processes are used. These projects were carried out using agile approach. The evaluation of the issues associated with the current structure leads to the design of a computerized method that is consistent with the present system and is more user-friendly and GUI focused. We can enhance the process performance and hence overcome the flaws in the current system.
