This was done using the Survey method, surveying a total of hundred (400) respondents and the study was hinged on Technological determinism and Stimulus response theories. Findings revealed that Youth online marketers in Niger have embraced social media advertising (Instagram). It was also revealed that a number of challenges militate against the adoption of Instagram advertising by online businesses in Niger state, salient among them is Lack of technical know how. Based on the findings, it was recommended that Youth online marketers embrace Social media advertising
