The need to address deep concern and awareness about how learners learn best motivates this work. This study creates an adaptive e-learning platform that allows the learner to learn and answer questions or solve problems at his or her own pace. It also includes an online classroom to supplement the traditional classroom. The waterfall model will be used by the software. With AJAX and JAVASCRIPT web development tools, VB.NET, an Object-Oriented Programming Language, will be used. This study also suggests new strategies and technologies to improve the safety, quality, and overall standard of learning among students in educational institutions.
